Ardyn Thriffley

I am a community and economic developer practiced in facilitating and engaging with community stakeholders in collaboration towards a common vision, priorities for recovery and resilience post-disaster incidence, identification and achievement of consensus on and short and long-term sustainability, and building networks and resources for successful implementation.    

Twenty-five years of community-focused work has taken me on a journey to where I am today utilizing the broad scope of experiences and competences, I have amassed to create the most suitable and valuable solutions for clients through: community engagement and relationship building; best practices research and identification; community project funding opportunities; grant writing; facilitating community workshops; personal interviews; primary research; and genuine action planning.

Ardyn is a two-time graduate of the University of New Orleans with a B.A., Sociology and a Master of Business Administration. She is a Certified Economic and Community Developer (CEcD) and a graduate of the Delta Regional Authority Leadership Institute and Authentic Leadership Programs.  Ardyn thrives in working with community stakeholders and others to create opportunities to enhance the quality of life and economic prosperity for community residents.
