Please confirm the budget of the contract. (Page 2 states $175,000 while Page 6 says $185,000}.

Please confirm whether DBE participation is required to meet this goal or if it is encouraged but not mandatory. It is stated on Page 5 that “CRPC has adopted a DBE goal of 8%.”

Are cameras permitted to be used for the traffic volume and vehicle classification counts?

What classification scheme is required?
FHWA 13 classification scheme.

It is mentioned on Page 8 that “Data collection will consist of 48-hour sessions conducted between Monday and Friday.” Could you confirm whether data collection may be conducted on Mondays and Fridays, or if it is restricted to Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays?
Restricted to the remaining three days i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Will the list of all 354 locations be provided all at once at the beginning of the contract term, or would smaller task orders be issued throughout the contract term? If the latter, how often (annually, monthly, weekly, ad hoc) would a task order/assignment be issued, and how many locations would be included in a single task order/assignment (e.g., weekly list of 20 locations)?
All list will be provided at the beginning of contract issuance.

If multiple task orders will be issued throughout the term (rather than one task order covering all 354 locations at the beginning of the term), would each task order include locations across all five parishes, or would the locations generally be grouped within the same local area?
Grouping is completely up to the selected contractor.

Could sample deliverables be provided? ?
None. This is a new initiative and we will use this contract as a building base for future iterations.

Is there a preference for how the four hard copies of the proposal should be bound?
None.

Under “Criteria for Evaluation,” Item D is listed as “References and recommendations of previous clients”; however, no guidance is provided for this section. What is required for this item? Should respondents provide project descriptions and client contact information, recommendation/reference letters, or both?
Yes, project description and /or recommendation letters from previous clients.
What is the minimum number of references/recommendations required?
Minimum of one per previous cited job.
