Saiful is an Economic Development and Data Analysis Intern at CRPC whose roles include economic and workforce data analysis, quantitative and qualitative regional planning support, GIS mapping and spatial analysis, data visualization, comparative economic reporting, and grant reporting for Delta Regional Authority projects.

Md Saiful Islam Sajol completed a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2026 and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science at LSU​​. He also holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen  (South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences), Germany. Before his graduate studies, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET)."
